This role is perfect for someone with roofing or exterior trades experience who’s ready to turn their industry knowledge into a rewarding sales career.
What You’ll Do
- Meet with homeowners and business owners to assess roofing and exterior needs
- Build trust with clients by providing honest, knowledgeable recommendations
- Follow up on company-provided leads and generate new opportunities
- Create estimates, present solutions, and close sales
- Coordinate with project managers and internal teams for a smooth customer experience
- Represent the JIT brand professionally in the field and community
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 1 year of exterior trades sales experience preferred (roofing, gutters, siding, windows, etc.)
- Strong communication and people skills
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Comfortable working independently and managing leads
- Ability to connect with customers and explain solutions clearly and confidently
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
