The people that had done the roofing job came back 3 times to fix it and it still leaked. I contacted Just In Time Roofing and Justin was quick to come look at it and give us a quote. The other people had done such a poor job that replacement was the best option. Justin was able to do the replacement sooner than expected which was great. Justin's team did the job fast and well. JIT was very good about communicating the status of the material order and the schedule for the labor. We had a one week slip in schedule due to a labor issue at JIT, but we were notified in advance. The installation went smoothly with no snags or surprises, but took 3 days instead of 2 days. The crew actually did a couple of small extras for me, replacing a vinyl panel and raking up some pea gravel in the driveway after the delivery truck knocked it out of place. They cleaned up really well afterwards. I found two nails in the yard, but that is it. Justin took time to come by after thee job was done to make sure we were happy with everything. We are very satisfied with the whole experience and the job. We would definitely recommend JIT for roof shingles, skylights, and roof vent repair and installation. read less

I had an older roof that suffered some damage after a notable storm, so I knew it was time to have it finally replaced (as I had been delaying wanting to deal with replacing it, and having to deal with the insurance company). However, from the time I had contacted initially contacted Justin, to them replacing my entire roof, the whole process was both amazingly easy. They were prompt to reply to any questions, showed up on time, crew cleaned up everything, and now my home looks almost brand new! They actually went both up on the roof and into the attic to examine it (which apparently, many contractors do not perform now), and clearly calculated the replacement costs. They even met with my insurance company's adjuster when he came out to inspect the damage, which to me, went above and beyond. I would definitely use them again for any of my future needs, and have already recommended them to other friends and family!! Wish I could give them a higher rating!!! read less

He was extremely helpful. Just in Time Roofing replaced the entire roof. They did a very professional job. All of the employees were polite, professional, efficient, and hard workers. Just In Time's crew came out and got the job done in a very reasonable amount of time for what a big undertaking it was. They put in at least 10 hours a day (in the middle of winter), leaving after sunset, and still managed to clean up every day so that the property was never messy. We had gotten some snow in the middle of the work, and the team made sure everything was properly covered, and even came out on the weekend to check up on the project. We never had a single leak, despite the snow, some rain, and some windy days. When it was all done, we got the roof we wanted, and are already getting compliments and questions from passers-by on who did it for us. Horton was going to fix the issue under warranty but I wanted an opinion of what was wrong and what should be done to correct it. Justin was very polite and talked with me for a while about his business and what he could do to help get my roof fixed. Justin also was very helpful in working with my mortgage company with all their quirks that they were requesting. The mortgage company was very nitpicky on a lot of the forms they needed and Justin was very helpful and patient when I let him know, and he even spoke to the mortgage people on the phone several times. Finally after getting my money for the wind damage I let Justin know and he was quick on getting me on the schedule and was on the job in 2 days at 7am as he said they would be. His workers were very polite and worked very hard with getting the job done. His workers did a nice job in taking my chimney down and also replacing some damaged wood. They done a excellent job and was on time and cleaned things up very well. Justin advised that his work would be completed atleast by 1 pm, but was just a little past that time because of having to replace extra wood that was bad, which was no problem with me. Justin had no problem getting up and looking around. He took a lot of pictures of areas of concern. Our roof is about 10 years old and we knew it didnt have a ton of time left.
