Cannot recommend enough! We had roof repairs for due to wind damage about a year ago, by Just in Time, and recently received more wind damage,and not to their repairs! We decided it was time to replace our aging roof. After multiple quotes, Just in Time was the most reasonably priced, and the best value for the money.Matt went above and beyond through the quote process, helping us understand all our options, and helped answer all our questions, including adding on gutter guards. had storm damage, got up in morning and called prior opening, call was answered by an afterhours center (human), received a call prior to the open of the day and he responded within an hour, did not put blue tarp up, but instead put some quick shingles up (better looking), then a few days later replaced with new color matched shingles, price was lower than estimate, more than happy with this company

Justin was very thorough during site survey and explained all of the options and their impacts on cost and schedule. JIT was very good about communicating the status of the material order and the schedule for the labor. We had a one week slip in schedule due to a labor issue at JIT, but we were notified in advance. The installation went smoothly with no snags or surprises, but took 3 days instead of 2 days. The crew actually did a couple of small extras for me, replacing a vinyl panel and raking up some pea gravel in the driveway after the delivery truck knocked it out of place. They cleaned up really well afterwards. I found two nails in the yard, but that is it. Justin took time to come by after thee job was done to make sure we were happy with everything. We are very satisfied with the whole experience and the job. We would definitely recommend JIT for roof shingles, skylights, and roof vent repair and installation.

Felt I had to mention the amazing experience that I had with Justin in Time Roofing. I had an older roof that suffered some damage after a notable storm, so I knew it was time to have it finally replaced (as I had been delaying wanting to deal with replacing it, and having to deal with the insurance company). However, from the time I had contacted initially contacted Justin, to them replacing my entire roof, the whole process was both amazingly easy. They were prompt to reply to any questions, showed up on time, crew cleaned up everything, and now my home looks almost brand new! They actually went both up on the roof and into the attic to examine it (which apparently, many contractors do not perform now), and clearly calculated the replacement costs. They even met with my insurance company's adjuster when he came out to inspect the damage, which to me, went above and beyond. I would definitely use them again for any of my future needs, and have already recommended them to other friends and family!! Wish I could give them a higher rating!!!
