Justin McCormack – Owner and Operator

My name is Justin McCormack and I am the owner and operator of Just In Time Roofing and Restoration. Born and raised in Alamance County and a graduate of Walter Williams High School and UNCG.

I love working in our community and helping our customers find the best solutions to their roofing and exterior needs. I have worked in many different fields that have made me well rounded to take on all roofing industry challenges. I have over a decade of experience in handling insurance claims and working with insurance companies. In the restoration industry, it is very important to know the ins and outs of your homeowner’s policy along with NC building codes.

I have moved back to the area to raise a family and continue my business where I grew up.

My wife’s name is Coryne and my daughter’s name is Mia and we have a dog named Rocky. In my spare time, I like to play golf, go to music concerts and travel with my family.

My professional goal is to be the best roofing company in our area by providing the best products, warranties, and the highest quality of customer service possible. We do what we say and we mean what we say. All of our decisions revolve around our integrity and doing what is right. We are not a fly-by-night company, we are here for the long haul. I want to leave a legacy for my kids to be proud of as they grow up.

My personal goal is to be the best father and husband I can be.

Steve Estevez – Director of Production / Production Manager

I’ve been in the roofing industry for five years and recently made the move from Florida. When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me spending time with my wife and our rescue dog, Bonnie, or hanging out with family and friends. I enjoy staying active through soccer and golf, but also appreciate a good night in with great food and a solid thriller or binge-worthy show.

Brittany Buck – Director of Internal Operations

Born and raised in Georgia, I graduated from UGA with a degree in Family and Consumer Sciences, focusing on Child and Family Development. Professionally, I have 20+ years in Customer Service and Management, ranging from food services to retail and orthodontics. After relocating to North Carolina, I joined the Just in Time Roofing team in October 2024.

As the Director of Internal Operations, my primary focus is to ensure that we go above and beyond to handle all of your needs from start to finish—including building customer files, assigning roofing consultants, invoicing and payments, data reporting, weekly meeting facilitation, payroll, etc.

Outside of work, the majority of my free time is spent with my husband, daughter, and our two sweet dogs. I enjoy learning and cooking new recipes, watching movies, listening to ’80s and ’90s music, anything pool or beach-related, cuddling up with a good book, and watching college football. Go Dawgs!

Kaleigh Clemente – Marketing Manager

Born and raised in Alamance County, I graduated from East Carolina University. I’ve always had a passion for marketing and building brands people can truly trust. I currently lead marketing efforts for Just In Time Roofing & Restoration, where I focus on creating clear, honest messaging and generating real, high-quality leads for the business. I’m very hands-on with everything from content creation to performance tracking to ensure what we’re doing is not only effective, but continuously improving.

I love spending time with my dog, Birkin, and being around my friends and family. In my free time, you can usually find me traveling, shopping, or at a country concert.

Trae Hill – Roofing Consultant

As a home services professional with Just In Time Roofing, I proudly serve homeowners throughout the Piedmont area of North Carolina with a commitment to integrity, precision, and accountability. With a background in the military and law enforcement, I bring discipline, attention to detail, and a mission-focused mindset to every project.

I specialize in both storm damage inspections with insurance claim guidance and full retail roof replacements, including total exterior renovations. Whether navigating the claims process after severe weather or investing in a new roof, siding, or windows out-of-pocket, I ensure every homeowner receives a thorough assessment, clear communication, and straightforward options.

I believe in leadership, teamwork, and standing behind my word. My goal is simple: protect your home, provide honest solutions, and deliver results you can trust every time.

Matt Gibbs – Roofing Consultant

Hey, I’m Matt! I’ve been with JIT Roofing for 6 years now. You may see me with my family around Mebane, where we live. I enjoy outdoor activities like gardening, fishing, and camping. I also enjoy fixing things—so if you have an exterior issue that needs to be addressed, I’m happy to help!

Cameron Davis – Roofing Consultant

Born and raised in Alamance County, I graduated from Western Alamance High School and Randolph College in Lynchburg, VA. I’m all about helping and serving the community. I love spending time with my girlfriend and our golden retriever, Mac, along with my family. Lacrosse has always been a huge part of my life. I’ve played since sixth grade and am currently the head lacrosse coach at Western Alamance High School. In my free time, I love playing lacrosse and disc golf, working out, and playing competitively in a trading card game called Disney Lorana.

I worked in insurance for 8 years and have experience in the construction industry.
