UPDATE: April 2026. It was time for new gutters so we gave Justin a call. They were the only company we talked to. He came out and quoted the project, we got it on the schedule, and in no time the crew was back to do all the work in one day. We are just as happy with the gutters as we are with the roof (now four years in with zero issues.) If we had more projects for Just In Time Roofing, we would happily have them out to do the work for us. Working with them could not be easier.

February 2022. We recently replaced our 20+ year-old asphalt shingle roof with a new standing seam metal roof. Just In Time's crew came out and got the job done in a very reasonable amount of time for what a big undertaking it was. They put in at least 10 hours a day (in the middle of winter), leaving after sunset, and still managed to clean up every day so that the property was never messy. We had gotten some snow in the middle of the work, and the team made sure everything was properly covered, and even came out on the weekend to check up on the project. We never had a single leak, despite the snow, some rain, and some windy days. When it was all done, we got the roof we wanted, and are already getting compliments and questions from passers-by on who did it for us. Justin is super easy to work with, and communication was great. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Just In Time Roofing for your roofing needs.

Justin's crew arrived on a Friday at 7:00 am and worked until 5:30 pm, breaking only for lunch. They built a piece that was missing around the chimney that was necessary to insure the roof's integrity and replaced it and a piece of the gutter system that weren't quite up to their standards. I was not charged for these necessary repairs that were not included on my contract. They left everything clean & made sure there were no nails or debris remaining. Justin sent 98 photos documenting every step of the project and walked the entire roof to be sure everything was done correctly. If you are looking for a dependable company that has skill, integrity, and a great work ethic, Just In Time is a great choice.

I had to have my roof replaced after six years of living in a new build home. I couldn’t find the company that did the initial install. I seen a sign for just in time roofing and decided to call them and see if they could come out and look at my roof. Justin called me the next day and was out to look at the roof that week. I ended up having to get my roof replaced which I wasn’t happy about after only living in my home for 6 years. Justin was very understanding and gave me a quote the next day. The cost for the new roof was reasonable so I decided to go with it. They were able to install the roof a few days after giving me to quote and did an excellent job on the install. The install took a day and a half. As much as it sucks to get my roof replaced so soon I feel confident know that just in time roofing backs their finish product!

Very good company to deal with. Called to get an estimate and Ben came over w/n a couple of days with samples and estimates to do the work. The crew showed up on time and knocked the roof out in a day. They kept the work site clean and when they were done you couldn’t tell they were there! Ben followed up and made sure we were satisfied with the work. I would recommend them to my friends!
